Tika R. Basnet is a Bhutanese lawyer based in Thimphu, Bhutan, specializing in foreign direct investment (FDI) and company laws, intellectual property (IP) laws, business and technology laws, and cyber and data privacy laws. He graduated from Jigme Singye Wangchuck School of Law, Paro, Bhutan, with a Bachelor of Laws and Post Graduate Diploma in National Law (LLB/PGDNL). During his studies, he worked as a research assistant, copy editor for JSWLaw Review, library assistant, and student representative for media, information, and technology.
Basnet has experience providing legal support to numerous domestic and FDI businesses in the areas of restructuring, licensing, and incorporating. He has also worked as a legal counsel for an FDI, reviewing and modifying its Detailed Project Report (DPR), researching special economic zones worldwide, and advising them on FDI policy and regulations. Basnet has also worked as a legal intern at White & Case LLP in Washington DC, where he researched ransomware and reviewed data privacy and cybersecurity laws.
As a Student Legal Counsel at the Social Enterprise Clinic at JSW Law, Basnet along with other mates, developed business plans for entrepreneurial organizations, established a Farmers Group for the students of Wangsel Institute for the Deaf to run an organic Community Supported Agriculture business and facilitated the rebranding of social enterprises. He has also worked as a research intern at The Royal Academy in Paro, assisting in developing a new 21st-century curriculum.
Basnet has founded several initiatives, including Weblaya.com, an all-in-one web platform for the Himalayas with social impact in mind.

Sangay Dorji, with a Bachelor of Laws and Post Graduate Diploma in National Law from the Jigme Singye Wangchuck School of Law, Sangay brings extensive legal knowledge and experience to the table.
As an intern at the Office of Attorney General, Sangay gained hands-on experience in the field of prosecution, drafting chargesheets, legal opinions, and various other legal documents. He also assisted with the enforcement of judgments and negotiated between victims and incarcerated individuals. His contributions to the Due Diligence Manual and checklist of laws pertaining to different ministries and departments demonstrate his keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
Sangay has also worked with Nyindha Law Firm, where he assisted in arbitration for a major construction contract case and drafted submissions and memos for civil disputes. Additionally, he assisted in reviewing the draft policy for the National Center for Hydrology and Meteorology, showcasing his expertise in policy analysis and research.
Beyond his legal experience, Sangay has a passion for social enterprise. As a consultant for the Social Enterprise Clinic, he developed business concepts for organizations working with children in difficult circumstances and those in conflict with the law. He facilitated the rebranding of Social enterprise, drafted procedural laws for the management and maintenance of community farm roads, and incorporated businesses.

Tandin Wangchuk is a proficient legal expert based in Thimphu, Bhutan. He also served as an intern at Bhutan Legal Eagles in Thimphu, where he played a pivotal role in drafting legal opinions, arguments, and memorandums, conducting rigorous legal research, and drafting and reviewing regulations for complex cases.
Tandin has had the opportunity to intern at the Paro Dzongkhag Court, where he drafted an analysis report on a complex case and attended hearings, and at the Office of Consumer Protection, MoEA, Thimphu, where he drafted a mediation handbook, conducted stakeholder meetings, and conducted extensive legal and non-legal research.
